Tug & Ang's Guitar
English walnut classical guitar
This is the unusual instrument that we made for Graeme of the great folk group Brother Crow. Fellow North East musician, Jez Lowe, called it "a Picassolin" so that is the name that stuck!
It is a cross between a mandolin and harp and has back and sides from Indian Rosewood, Englemann Spruce top, Peruvian Walnut and Brazillian Mahogony necks and Ebony fretboard and bridges. Judy's crow soundholes design is inlayed with English walnut.
